By creating an account or using Nhom, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app. We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Nhom. Nhom is not designed for, and does not market to, anyone under 18. If you are under 18, you must stop using the app and delete your account. Because the app includes social and dating-adjacent features and allows purchases, we treat 18+ as a condition of use.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information, keep it current, and never use someone else's account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, and we may refuse or terminate service at our discretion.

Do not use Nhom to: break the law; harass, threaten, or bully other users; post sexual content involving minors or content that exploits or endangers anyone (such content is blocked automatically and reported for removal); impersonate others; scam, phish, or mislead; upload malware or disrupt the service; or spam, including unsolicited commercial messages. Content is screened by automated filters and some content is reviewed by our team before it is shown; we may remove or restrict content and accounts that violate these rules, and you can report content that you believe does.

You keep ownership of the content you create. By posting it, you grant Nhom a non-exclusive license to host, display, transmit, and modify that content as needed to operate the service (for example, thumbnails and chat previews). Nhom retains all rights in the app itself, and you may not copy, resell, or build on the app without permission.

Purchases are processed by our payment provider (PayPal); card details are shared only with the provider and never with Nhom. Credits and points are internal balances used inside the app, not currency, and are not refundable except where required by law. Subscriptions and group tiers renew automatically until you cancel; cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current period except where required by law. Refunds follow the applicable store policies and our dispute flow, available through in-app support.

We collect, use, share, and retain your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. User-generated content and third-party services reflect their owners, not Nhom. Lobby participation, events, and real-world activities organized through the app involve your own judgment and risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nhom, its developers, owners, and affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, arising from your use of the app, including third-party actions and content. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to us in the twelve months before the claim, or the maximum amount permitted by law, whichever is greater.

We may change these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this screen and, where appropriate, announced in-app. If you continue to use the app after a change, you accept the updated terms.
